Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing testing and documentation, and supporting turnover activities. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities

  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify quality issues.
  • Manage mechanical, electrical, and control systems testing.
  • Conduct routine job site audits to ensure quality.
  • Attend factory witness tests for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) and CFCI equipment and systems.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify, resolve, and implement solutions to quality issues.
  • Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions.
  • Generate startup reports to document equipment readiness.
  • Manage mechanical, electrical, and control systems testing and submit all related documentation, including testing and calibration reports and turnover packages.
  • Conduct routine job site audits and site walks to ensure quality installations, compliance with codes, and adherence to safety requirements.
  • Attend required safety training and comply with company and site safety regulations and requirements.
