Job summary

Bluewater Thermal Solutions in Michigan is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Engineer to join our team. You will support quality systems, participate in manufacturing processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for quality. While prior manufacturing experience helps, we will invest in the right person who shows initiative and a desire to grow with the company. Preference for Tri-State area residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Bluewater Thermal Solutions is seeking a motivated, hands‑on individual to join our team as an Entry‑Level Quality Engineer. • Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Education:
