Nonconforming material and rework activities are managed effectively in a timely manner, remaining cognizant of internal needs and customer timing expectations.

RCCA activity results are compiled in a complete and understandable format, using 8D methodology, and communicated to the customer and/or government agencies as required.

Proper flow-down of customer requirements into GTC and supplier/subcontractor processes is assured through accurate completion of quality plan reports for new and altered hardware.
