Victaulic is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department at Commerce Park. The role focuses on improving processes for painted, assembled, or kitted products, partnering with the Quality Supervisor to implement robust quality controls and new processes using Six Sigma tools.

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department in Easton, PA. In this role, you’ll enhance the quality of products painted, assembled, or kitted at the Commerce Park Facility with a focus on process improvement. You’ll work closely with the Quality Supervisor to identify and act on opportunities to improve existing processes/quality controls or develop new ones where they are lacking. This is an opportunity to utilize Six Sigma and other Quality tools to develop new processes, as well as improve the effectiveness of existing ones.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for the full benefits package described above.
