Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a CAPA Engineer to enforce CAPA across quality systems, ensuring effective closure of issues within operations. The role emphasizes scheduling, facilitating CAPA meetings, tracking actions, and supporting internal/external audits.

The successful candidate will work within a regulatory quality framework, contribute to QS002 metrics, and coordinate CAPA-related CRB activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAPA process and quality management systems.
• Experience coordinating CAPA meetings and tracking action items.
• Ability to schedule and manage CAPA-related meetings and CRB meetings.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Familiarity with QS002 documentation and metrics.

Rate / Salary Range: $45/hour - $55/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description

The CAPA Engineer executes within the CAPA process to ensure the adequate resolution of quality and/or compliance issues related to the operations and quality management systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide adequate information prior to CAPA related meetings.

Schedule regular CAPA meetings to ensure progress of CAPAs.

Schedule follow-up meetings with cross functional teams.

Schedule verification of effectiveness for complete CAPA.

Facilitate and record CAPA meetings.

Track and follow up on action items for CAPA.

Provides oversight and leads CAPA implementers through the CAPA process.

Ensure requests for CAPA are documented, reviewed, and addressed.

Provide CAPA metrics to management per QS002.

Schedule and manage CRB meetings per QIQUA-00018.

Support external, internal, and customer audits as needed.

Review and improve CAPA process based on process gaps.
