Nortech Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to advance quality management across manufacturing processes, materials, and assemblies. You will help ensure products meet customer specs and regulatory requirements while collaborating with engineering and production teams.

We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our highly skilled, dynamic team.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about quality, thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment, and wants to make a direct impact on the products that improve lives around the world.
The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Certain positions at Nortech require access to information, or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other US government security regulations. These laws do not permit access rights to non-US citizens, or to other unauthorized individuals. Therefore, presently, all applicants must be US Citizens, or US Permanent Residents (“green card holders”), and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights, to be considered for a position.
Bachelors or better.
• Professional experience communicating technical ideas and concepts using written and oral presentation methods.• Experience using Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and/or similar software collaboration tools at a proficient level.
Experience including:o Working in a capacity requiring use of product quality assurance tools and methods including product and component analysis, testing, documentation, and statistical analysis.o Reading and interpreting product or engineering schematics.o Working in or closely with others in a line product manufacturing environment.o Working with engineering and manufacturing partners to trouble shoot and problem solve product quality concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or closely related subject area.• One year of experience using engineering design (CAD) software, reading and drafting engineering specifications using technical terms and product design methodology.
• Three or more years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment
