Job summary

Henkel Corporation seeks a Quality professional in the United States to drive the Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) including containment, disposition decisions, and timely closure of actions. You will lead root cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness to resolve quality issues across manufacturing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, 8D investigations, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to resolve quality issues and implement quality improvements.
• Provide training and day-to-day support on quality systems and processes while supporting customer requests and strategic quality initiatives.
