Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee the performance of quality technicians and auditors in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The role requires coordinating training, evaluations, and development while ensuring inspection tasks are scheduled across 2nd and 3rd shifts to meet production needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within die casting or automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP).
• Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Experience supervising or leading quality teams is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
