• 3+ years of manufacturing/ high-speed production experience.
• Strong record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Mansioni

• Operate stacker equipment and perform line changeovers.
• Cut and install new conveyor belts; adjust line to meet quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and maintain housekeeping; perform quality checks.
• Support resort line and sorting operations as needed; cover breaks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on stacker equipment and ensure safety devices are in place.
