Job summary

Spring Industries in Ventura, CA is seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, assemble or package products, and inspect finished goods for quality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred.
• Able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery on the manufacturing floor.
• Assemble, process, or package products according to quality and production standards.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and ensure quality control compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.
• Meet daily production quotas and targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
