Job summary

Ventura Manufacturing is hiring experienced Production Team Members for 1st and 2nd shifts to join a clean, team-oriented facility focused on safety, quality, and growth. You will perform production and assembly tasks, rotate through stations, and support meeting production goals with a collaborative team.

2+ years of manufacturing experience, basic math, and the ability to read a tape measure are required. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
