Job summary

Nissin Foods (USA) Co., Inc. is seeking General Assemblers to join our Spartanburg plant. You will perform visual inspections, ensure product quality, and help maintain sanitary, safe working conditions on the line.

You’ll support the flow of production, verify packaging and codes, report deviations, and assist in training teammates. The role requires a HS diploma and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; steady standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products on the line for quality, weight, packaging accuracy, and ingredient/ soup details.
• Verify product codes and packaging designs; report deviations to supervisor.
• Remove defective products and maintain proper production flow; minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain sanitary work areas; handle and store raw materials properly.
• Train and cross-train new and current General Assemblers on line positions and SOPs; monitor peer performance.
