Job summary

University Health is seeking a registered nurse to support the Health System’s quality improvement functions by analyzing data and indicators. The role identifies improvement opportunities, develops metrics and data collection tools, and presents findings to Senior Leadership and staff.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3+ years of clinical experience, with preferred experience in quality improvement, documentation work, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Experience with quality improvement methodology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and indicators to support quality improvement.
• Identify and monitor ongoing quality improvement issues and opportunities.
• Develop process metrics, data collection tools and presentations of data for the Health System.
• Serve as facilitator/leader of process improvement efforts.
