Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a documentation-related role, preferably in an FDA/GMP environment.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in quality/document control.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for document control and change management processes, guiding stakeholders.
• Leads and executes assigned team projects with minimal supervision.
• Develops and improves department procedures, policies, and operations.
• Troubleshoots, analyzes root causes, and develops solutions for quality system issues.
• Provides feedback to drive continuous improvement in change management processes.
• Facilitates meetings on document control, change management, and department initiatives.
• Develops, tracks, analyzes, and presents workload and performance metrics.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and quality system requirements.
