Job summary

AnySignal is seeking a Quality Manager to build and lead the quality function across development and production. You’ll own inspection and quality execution while scaling the QMS into a high‑impact system, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to improve yield and prevent escapes.

Responsibilities include evolving the QMS, leading the quality team, and establishing key metrics (yield, escapes, nonconformances).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related roles in a hardware production environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or owning major cross‑functional quality initiatives.
• Strong experience with inspection, NCR/MRB, CAPA, and RCA workflows.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and CAD models.
• Experience in high‑complexity or high‑reliability industries (aerospace, defense, electronics).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the QMS (ISO 9001/AS9100 aligned) for a fast‑moving hardware environment.
• Build and lead the quality team and define company quality strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Establish quality metrics (yield, escapes, nonconformances, reliability) and drive improvements using Lean, SPC, and DOE.
• Own responsibility and interface with customers for logistics and documentation of RMA and CoC.
• Partner with Supply Chain on supplier quality and corrective actions.
• Establish cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead MRB, NCR/CAPA/RCA workflows and support design reviews for manufacturability and quality plans.
