Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles is a growing psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving both adult and geriatric populations. As we continue to grow, we are actively expanding our Lake Charles team in preparation for increasing our capacity to a total of 42 beds, serving both adult and geriatric patients.

A Quality Director at Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles is responsible for overseeing performance improvement initiatives and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant patient care.
In this role, the Quality Director monitors clinical outcomes, conducts audits, and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement. They develop and implement quality improvement programs, ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, and lead regulatory surveys and readiness efforts.
The Quality Director collaborates with leadership and clinical teams to enhance patient safety, reduce risk, and promote best practices. They also provide staff education on quality measures and ensure accurate documentation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of healthcare regulations are essential for success in this role.
