Reports to Plant Lead and QC Supervisor, with emphasis on accurate data and timely reporting. Responsibilities include preparing CTL and mix reports, archiving QC documentation, maintaining pallet and release data, and communicating issues to relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data management.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CTL, meeting and mix reports.
• Prepare monthly CTL report and maintain reporting records.
• Archive and scan quality reports and certificates of analysis.
• Maintain pallet reports and QC documentation.
• Communicate quality or production issues promptly to team.
