Job summary

Inotiv seeks a Quality Control and Report Coordinator Level I to review and organize study data, ensuring consistency, completeness, and GLP/SOP compliance. You will assist in compiling data tables and preparing required documentation across Provantis, Ascentos, and related systems.

The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, collaboration with histology and pathology teams, and strict adherence to protocols while supporting ongoing study activities onsite at Evansville.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related sciences.
• Up to a year of experience in research as a Laboratory Animal Technician or QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough review/Quality Check of raw data and electronic entries for consistency and compliance.
• Verify findings from raw data or LIMS and coordinate responses from relevant personnel.
• Review Study Protocols, Amendments, schedules and calendars.
• Maintain adherence to GLP, SOPs and Study Protocols.
• Collate and organize raw data records within Study binders.
• Generate and access information within Provantis or Ascentos.
• Produce Data Tables within the Database as needed.
• Prepare Table/Appendix keys for Clinical Pathology and related records.
• Assist with maintenance of Room Maintenance Logs and other facility records.
• Maintain positive inter-department relationships and participate in study initiation meetings.
