Responsibilities

• Assist in managing clinical and quality data at hospital, regional and corporate levels.
• Support CMS Quality Reporting Program (QRP) and public reporting.
• Provide education and support on quality initiatives to staff (NHSN, TJC, CMS, NQF, UDS, Press Ganey).
• Analyze and report data for trends and improvement in patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Maintain and update the Quality SharePoint site.
