The Quality Data Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager, Quality and focuses on analyzing quality performance, developing metrics, dashboards, and KPI reports, forecasting trends, and providing operational leadership with clear, actionable insights. The Analyst works closely with Quality Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Assembly & Test, Supply Chain, Safety, and Program teams to ensure Terran Orbital maintains strong reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout program delivery. The analyst serves as the primary analytical resource for the EH&S, Quality & Mission Assurance organization, responsible for cost‑of‑poor‑quality reporting, first‑pass yields (FPY), waste/scrap reduction, defect trend analysis, NCR performance evaluation, quality forecasting, and visibility into process state‑of‑health.
$85,000 – $125,000 USD (base salary determined by qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience).
Employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Duties include sitting or standing for long durations, bending, reaching, walking, and lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds. The position is generally sedentary with substantial computer usage.
