We are hiring a Quality Critical Incident Clinical Coordinator. Critical Incident Reporting is a contractual requirement within the State of New Mexico and Presbyterian Health Plan Medicaid Contract. This role involves reporting incidents such as abuse, neglect, and exploitation towards Members. The RN will coordinate various aspects of Critical Incident Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet members' healthcare and safety needs and contractual timelines.
This range is provided by Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The base pay range is $27.11/hr - $41.39/hr.
Associate's Degree, current New Mexico RN License, 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including 3 years in quality improvement. Knowledge of case management and care coordination is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
