POSITION SUMMARY QUALITY COORDINATOR RN- UR - Home Health remote

POSITION DUTIES This candidate needs to have strong knowledge when it comes to Home Health and Home Health guidelines as they will be approving or denying visits for Home Health care.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must have 3 years recent home health experience; Must know OASIS; CA license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 + years; Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK M-F, 8am - 5pm GWW 40
