Job summary

Voltava, a leading automotive contract manufacturer, seeks a Quality Coordinator to support zero-defect goals on the floor. You will assist problem solving, coach team members on quality topics, and help address quality concerns to boost customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quality control in an automotive setting, HS diploma, and familiarity with ISO9001 or IATF 16949. Strong communication, math and computer skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality control experience in automotive manufacturing/assembly.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF 16949:2016 Quality Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in problem solving to deliver zero defects on the floor.
• Coach and train team members on quality topics.
• Support operations in addressing quality concerns and customer satisfaction.
