Job summary

Conagra Brands, Inc. in Louisville, KY, seeks a Quality Assurance professional to monitor HACCP, sanitation SOPs, and GMPs across the facility. You will work with production to resolve out-of-spec issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves daily records review, sensory evaluations, training delivery, and routine HACCP audits, with emphasis on improving food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the packaging or food products industry.
• Prior Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points experience.
• Knowledge of SAP software (Systems, Applications, and Products).
• Understanding of Food and Drug Administration regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily record reviews to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Perform daily food sensory evaluations.
• Manage quality and food safety production holds and product releases.
• Deliver food safety and food quality training to facility team members.
• Partner with production teams to resolve issues resulting in out-of-specification products or product holds.
• Perform routine audits of HACCP documentation and processes.
• Collect routine microbiological swab samples.
• Perform pre-operational line inspections.
• Provide guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line lead personnel based on historical and situational experience.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor at our Louisville, Kentucky facility, you will monitor the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices programs implemented throughout the facility.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

Perform daily record reviews to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met.

Perform daily food sensory evaluations.

Compensation

Pay Range:$44,000-$57,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.

An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.

Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
