  • Performs as a Lead Auditor and maintains engineering change log and updates.
  • Inputs Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance information into the system.
  • Prepares monthly QOS and other monthly reports; develops weekly customer activity logs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Coordinator, Quality (Manufacturing) FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt

REPORTS TO: Manager, Quality

SUMMARY

Perform administrative duties coordinating documentation and preparing correspondence for the Quality Department. Maintain records of customer/supplier complaints and corrective action taken, in house rejections and corrective actions taken, and part approval engineering history documentation. Prepares charts, graphs, and reports of quality related data.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Maintains part and production engineering history and customer files.
  • Track customer and internal rejections.
  • Track supplier and internal rejections.
  • Perform as a Lead Auditor
  • Maintain Engineering change log and updates
  • Input Maintenance/ Preventive Maintenance Information into system.
  • Monthly QOS Preparation and other monthly reports.
  • Develop and distribute weekly customer activity log.
  • Maintain supplier MRN’s and report performance to Corporate materials.
  • Gage Calibration and Control
  • Maintains and Monitors Manual Certifications
  • Maintains, updates and distributes controlled documents.
  • And other quality related duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 12 months experience working in an office environment including computer training or experience.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.

  • A minimum score of 50 on the Wonderlic Select Assessment (Traditional Score of 20 on the cognitive portion).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position typically does not require any travel.
