Job summary

Charter Next Generation is seeking a Quality professional to support and maintain the facility's QMS, including ISO 9001 and GFSI, and to manage documentation. You will collaborate on audits, CAPA, and quality reporting, ensuring smooth operation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include testing, calibration, supplier and customer coordination, and cross-functional work with product development and engineering.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ISO, GFSI, or similar quality systems.
  • Experience supporting audits, CAPA processes, and quality documentation systems.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the facility's Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO 9001, GFSI, and other applicable certifications, along with related documentation and records.
  • Participate in and support internal, customer, and third-party audits, plus routine in-plant audits and environmental monitoring.
  • Manage CAPA processes (investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action) and support customer complaint investigations and quality reporting.
  • Track and resolve quality issues such as holds, returns, and non-conforming materials.
  • Perform product testing and maintain/calibrate lab and testing equipment, including managing lab supplies.
  • Partner with product development and engineering on quality requirements, control plans, and customer specifications.
  • Support training of Quality Technicians and plant personnel, and provide quality coverage in the Quality Manager's absence, contributing to a strong plant-wide quality culture.

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do

What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product safety.
  • Experience working within a regulated quality system (ISO, GFSI, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience supporting audits, CAPA processes, and quality documentation systems.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Starting Salary
  • Wages ranging from $28.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
