Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is hosting a job fair at Fairfield Inn & Suites, 7775 Ella Lane, Fairburn, GA 30213. We are a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets.

Join our team for a hands-on role in pallet assembly quality control with opportunities for overtime and year-round steady work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets.
• Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues.
• Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers.
• Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station.
• Duties include: inspect pallets visually for defects and correct those not meeting specs.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at the end of shift.
• May require overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.

What will you do? __

Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets. Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues. Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station. _ ___

Duties Include:

• Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Inspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at the end of shift.
• May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Performs other duties as required.
