Job summary

Terzo Enterprises in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a second-shift pallet repair associate. You will use a hammer and saw to fix pallets, inspect for defects, and ensure boards meet specifications in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 18+ years old, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to lift 75–85 lb pallets frequently. Overtime and weekend shifts may apply; pay is $18 per hour and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of pallets (75–85 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Use hammer and/or saw to correct pallet quality issues.
• Inspect pallets and remove/repair defective boards.
• Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the QC station.
• Clean area during and after shift.
• May work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.

What you'll do?

Uses a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets. Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues. Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station.

Hours:

Monday - Friday

2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay rate: $18.00

Duties Include:

• Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Inspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
• Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at the end of shift.
• May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Performs other duties as required.
