Job summary

Intermountain Electronics seeks a Quality Control Test Technician - PDU for the Price, UT facility. You will perform electrical tests, inspect products, and ensure quality using ISO 9000 and Six Sigma standards.

Daily duties include testing transformers, power centers, and related equipment, recording data, and aiding in final testing with the Project Manager and customers. Strong attention to detail and safety are required.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electrical Technology with related experience required.
Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and layout diagrams.
Experience working with high voltage distribution equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance essential.
Ability to record data and generate QA reports.
Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with PMs and customers.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical tests and inspect products using quality methods (ISO 9000 / Six Sigma).
Test transformers, power centers and related equipment at various production stages.
Record data and apply statistical QC procedures.
Evaluate data and write reports identifying deviations from standards.
Configure and operate test equipment and ensure compliance with safety programs.
Collaborate with Project Manager and customers during final testing.
