Job summary

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) in Kingman, AZ is seeking a full-time Quality Control Technician to uphold QC procedures and data accuracy. You will work with production teams to implement corrective actions, support audits, and ensure materials meet specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and comfort with heavy industrial equipment. The position offers benefits and opportunities for overtime, with involvement in QA testing, calibration, and data-driven quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• General production experience in manufacturing.
• Quality Management Systems experience.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude with RCA.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Overtime availability including extended shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow QC procedures, work instructions and data recording per QMS.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Assist external and internal quality audits.
• Disposition non-conforming material.
• Assist production with process changes and test requirements.
• Support customer service and sales with product capability info.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and scrap reduction.
• Maintain calibration of quality lab equipment.
• Perform QA tests and visual inspections of materials and products.
• Collect and send R&D samples and monitor production trials.
• Other duties as assigned.
