Qualifications

• Monitor the quality of components and product throughout the production cycle.
• Monitor the quality of finished goods.
• Audit the production lines at established intervals following standard work.
• Assist production in troubleshooting issues on the line and make recommendations for corrective action.
• Validate and prepare daily quality start-up checklist.
• Close all shop orders as necessary.
• Calibration of measuring and test equipment for the lab and production areas.
• Maintain finished product retains.
• Periodically audit quality paperwork and functionality logs.
• Communicate issues and other information to the next shift daily.
