Job summary

Materion is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform essential inspection, analysis, and support for the Quality Team. You will lead testing across the production cycle, including WIP and final inspection, and maintain detailed records.

You will also prepare product and customer reports, support source inspections, and contribute to the QMS through calibration, MRR/DMR/RMA processes, and more. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years' experience in a technical or inspection role preferred.
Basic blueprint reading and use of hand tools required.
ASQ certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute testing across the production cycle including WIP and final inspection.
Prepare reports for products and customers and collaborate with staff.
Support source inspections to ensure customer requirements are met.
Contribute to the QMS through calibration, MRR, DMR, and RMA processes.
