Please note that our operations are scheduled to relocate to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing and able to work in Peekskill for approximately 6-8 months following their start date, and transition to the Middletown location once the move is complete.

Job Summary

The Quality Control Technician will support the Quality Control Supervisor at DreamFields New York by inspecting products, tracking defects, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role ensures only products that meet company specifications proceed in the manufacturing or distribution process.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Inspect or test products at various stages to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
• Pass or reject products based on compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Document inspection results accurately and report quality data regularly.
• Communicate quality issues clearly to relevant team members.
• Collaborate with QC Supervisor and Production team to improve processes.
• Maintain QC equipment and ensure a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Support testing and documentation as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection and data reporting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
