Silver King Beverage Company seeks a quality control technician to conduct routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to assure quality. You will perform line tests on can filling operations and document results per standard procedures, maintaining accurate data for analysis and quality improvements.

Conducts routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished product, using a variety of testing devices and procedures to maintain product quality.
Responsible and required to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues; and empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work. If this position is vacant for any significant period of time, the obligation for completion of all food safety and quality related tasks will become the responsibility of the direct manager or a qualified designee.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills/Knowledge:
Possesses basic to intermediate skills and knowledge. Has a general understanding of production and quality processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to review and interpret basic data and trends. Must be able to match colors. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise communication (verbal and written) in a respectful manner.
Computer Skills:
The ability to work effectively in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal software programs), including data entry and basic spreadsheet use. Strong attention to detail and ability to review data for accuracy.
