Stahl is seeking a Quality Control Technician Manager for the Calhoun, GA plant. The role oversees QA standards, ISO compliance, and the SCM complaint system across Calhoun and Apex sites, while supporting all production lifecycle stages including testing and root-cause analysis.
The position requires travel to various Stahl sites and customer locations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with Global Quality and Operations teams. A chemistry-related degree and SAP experience are preferred.

Position Overview
The Quality Control Technician Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, overseeing, and enforcing quality control standards at the Calhoun, Georgia plant. This position manages ISO system compliance and the SCM complaint system for the Calhoun and Apex locations. This role supports all phases of the production lifecycle, from evaluating raw materials and in-process materials to inspecting finished products against target specifications. Responsibilities include laboratory testing, measurements, chemical analysis, product launch documentation, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and complaint coordination. Travel is required to the Apex facility, third-party logistics warehouses, customer locations, and, in some cases, international Stahl sites.
