Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review data and trends.
• Ability to match colors accurately and communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Proficient with basic data entry and MS Excel for data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance; verifies conformance to specifications.
• Performs line testing on can filling operations, including Brix, TA, pH, CO2, fill volume, and seam checks; records results.
• Routinely uses measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions.
• Advises production when inspection results do not meet specifications and documents deviations.
• Generates forms to correct or prevent nonconformance; investigates as needed.
• Records test data and applies to statistical quality control procedures.
