Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level friendly — no prior experience required.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and work under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic comfort working with lab equipment and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending).
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality assurance tests on materials, samples, and equipment.
• Assist with sample preparation, test setup, and basic measurements.
• Monitor lab equipment and report irregularities to senior staff.
• Record test results, readings, and sample information accurately.
• Support calibration, cleaning, and basic maintenance of lab equipment.
• Compare test outcomes to specifications and flag out-of-range results.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and handling standards.
• Learn lab methods, equipment functions, and documentation practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
