Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the West Texas and New Mexico sectors, based in El Paso, TX. You will implement and sustain the quality management system to support CBP operations and drive zero-defect initiatives.

Collaborate with program management, operations, and supply chain, and present monthly status reports while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in manufacturing technology, industrial technology, or quality management or 5+ years of QC experience preferred.
• Experience applying ISO, AS9100 or comparable quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and measurement of the quality management system for CBP program.
• Apply ISO/AS9100 quality standards across program and ensure compliance.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with program management, operations, and supply chain to support program execution.
• Prepare reports and present status to site and sector management.
