Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated professional for a manufacturing QC role in Westford, MA. The position focuses on accurate sample collection and quality control across facilities, with timely verbal and written reporting to management and production teams.

The candidate will supervise technicians, certify lab findings, and oversee raw material qualification to ensure products meet specifications. A strong PPE safety culture is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Engineering or Science.
• Adhere to Amrize PPE safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate sample collection and quality control testing for each manufacturing facility.
• Provide verbal findings and written test results to management and production staff promptly.
• Manage and assist the technicians to ensure all facilities are producing product within specification.
• Certify results of laboratory findings as needed.
• Supervise the program to qualify raw materials for use in company products.
