Quality Talent Group is assisting a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology sector in Massachusetts, seeking a dedicated quality control and laboratory supervisor. The role emphasizes sample collection, QC testing, and coordination with production teams to ensure compliance with specifications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, with 5–7 years in field-related roles and a background in engineering or science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Engineering or Science.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate sample collection and quality control testing are performed for each manufacturing facility.
• Provides verbal findings and written test results to management and production staff in a timely manner.
• Manage and assist the technicians to ensure all facilities are producing product within specification.
• Certifies results of laboratory findings as needed.
• Supervise the program to qualify raw materials for use in company products.
