Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the Quality Team. The role involves ensuring that incoming materials meet specifications and that finished products satisfy customer and internal expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement.

Employment Details:
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity
  • Shift Hours: 4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime and Saturday work as needed
Key Requirements:
  • Strong communication, active listening, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, including complex problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (creating data tables, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Syteline or ability to learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects
  • Commitment to following 6S practices daily
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent reaching, lifting, twisting, finger dexterity, grasping, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to talk, hear, and see clearly
  • Computer-based office work
  • Ability to alternate sitting and standing
Working Environment:
  • Combination of production, warehouse, and office settings
  • Interaction with employees and vendors
  • Experience handling red tags and checking incoming parts
Key Responsibilities:

This is an entry-level position with growth potential. Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting incoming products for conformance to specifications
  • Containing inventory issues across the plant
  • Analyzing defects and deciding on disposition of non-conforming items
  • Documenting and reporting quality levels
  • Communicating with team members to resolve problems
  • Responding to quality concerns on the production line
  • Following up through appropriate channels when issues are identified
