Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a QC Technician B to support first shift production. You will ensure products meet customer specifications, perform routine machine adjustments, and conduct quality checks on finished goods using specified tolerances and test procedures.

Responsibilities include setup/changeovers, basic calculations for leak audits, and maintaining accurate records while working with supervision and team members. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3 years related work experience, preferably in plastic manufacturing.
Experience with ISO is preferred.
Willingness to work non-standard hours and manage job-related stress.
Good attendance and reliable team interaction.

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust machines to produce quality material per SOPs and product specs.
Follow team leader/supervisor instructions and SOPs for routine operation and adjustments of multiple machines.
Perform set-ups and changeovers as production demands.
Use rulers, knives, hooks, and hand tools; operate pallet jack and forklift when qualified.
Conduct quality tests on finished products to ensure tolerances and appearance.
Perform leak audits and record results; perform basic calculations.
Make routine machine adjustments to correct deviations and diagnose simple problems.
