Job summary

The role supports investigations of nonconforming results, documents testing methods, and collaborates with lab, operations, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Autonomy to perform defined technical tasks; good communication of technical information.
• Vocational degree/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and moderately complex QA tests on materials and lab equipment.
• Performs functional tests and measurements for reliability.
• Calibrates and maintains lab equipment per schedule.
• Evaluates data to identify trends or out-of-spec results.
• Troubleshoots common testing issues within guidelines.
• Documents methods, results, deviations per recordkeeping requirements.
• Supports investigations of nonconforming results.
• Coordinates with lab, operations, quality, and maintenance staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
