Job summary

HR HealthCare is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure adherence to the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements. The role includes inspecting incoming components, conducting in-process testing, and releasing finished goods with proper documentation.

The candidate will promote a quality-first culture, participate in facility inspections, and maintain quality department equipment. OSHA safety awareness and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Understanding of regulated industry and GMPs (FDA, ISO:13485, MDSAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization’s procedures, forms, instructions, and policies are followed by all staff.
  • Inspect and document incoming production components, including tubes, bottles, film, and syringe components.
  • Conduct in-process testing during manufacturing, including fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, and visual inspections.
  • Conduct release testing of finished goods and sourced finished goods by following written procedures.
  • Collect samples for outsourced testing.
  • Print, review and approve labels for production.
  • Initiate nonconformances when product defects are found or deviations occur.
  • Ensure all GMPs are followed.
  • Perform facility inspections and maintain quality department equipment.
  • Promote an environment of quality first mindset.
