HR HealthCare is seeking a Quality Control Technician in York, PA to uphold our Quality Management System, ensure product quality, and maintain regulatory compliance. This role also focuses on safety and documenting incidents per applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, conducting in-process and release testing, approving labels, and initiating nonconformances as needed. A High School Diploma and GMP awareness are required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Understanding of regulated industry and GMPs (FDA, ISO:13485, MDSAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization’s procedures, forms, instructions, and policies are followed by all staff.
  • Inspect and document incoming production components, including tubes, bottles, film, and syringe components.
  • Conduct in-process testing during manufacturing, including fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, and visual inspections.
  • Conduct release testing of finished goods and sourced finished goods by following written procedures.
  • Collect samples for outsourced testing.
  • Print, review and approve labels for production.
  • Initiate nonconformances when product defects are found or deviations occur.
  • Ensure all GMPs are followed.
  • Perform facility inspections and maintain quality department equipment.
  • Promote an environment of quality first mindset.
