Job summary

Olympus is seeking a Quality Inspection Technician I & Driver for the 2nd shift in Las Vegas, NV. The role combines strict quality inspections with safe vehicle transport to ensure on-time delivery to clients.

Responsibilities include documenting results, coordinating with production and engineering to resolve issues, and maintaining QC lab and transport areas. Training will occur on earlier shifts before transitioning to the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Must perform fluorescent penetrant inspections and document results.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely and transport materials.
• Strong verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products during the 2nd shift.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality control records.
• Identify and assist in resolving quality issues with production and engineering teams.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport materials and products within the facility or to external locations as required.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to QC procedures and vehicle operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the QC lab and vehicle maintenance area.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors to ensure timely completion of QC and transportation tasks.
