Job summary

Dart Container in Leola, PA is hiring a Quality Control Technician I to help ensure products meet our quality standards. The role involves performing routine inspections, documenting results, and supporting safety and GMP compliance on the 8:00 pm–8:00 am shift.

You will gain expertise on processes, equipment, and materials, work toward KPIs for quality and production efficiency, and participate in training and tuition reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of quality inspection experience or 12 credit hours in quality technology from an accredited school.
• Excellent visual and color acuity.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to learn and apply quality standards.
• Proficiency in English for effective training and communication.

Responsibilities

• Commit to meeting KPIs for safety, quality, production efficiency, and service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP and safety protocols.
