Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Quality Technician in Sparta, TN to audit, test and measure finished goods to meet customer standards and GMP practices. The role involves applying statistics, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies.

The technician will inspect materials and products during molding, packaging and loading, and report findings to management. This position requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with ASQ

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• ASQ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and test finished goods to ensure customer standards.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at intervals.
• Audit GMP compliance and safety standards.
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and dimensional checks.
• Communicate quality issues to shift leaders and management.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
