Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Fluency in spoken & written English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate with employees and provide direction.
• Able to climb ladders to work platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates finished products for quality and acceptability; logs results and batch information in I-Series and Excel sheets; communicates issues to production and QC teams.
• Monitors line equipment for functionality, safety, and cleanliness; checks metal detectors bi-hourly and calibrates as needed; assists in alarm investigations; performs GMP audits; maintains records and allergen clean-out checks.
• Maintains retain and control sample files; generates COAs for outgoing products; inspects incoming ingredients for specification compliance; ensures cleanliness and organization; performs duties as assigned by QC manager.
