Job summary

Permobil, Inc. in Lebanon is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure final assembly, configuration, and inspection meet customer and regulatory specs.

You will perform final and in-process testing, document nonconformances, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing or quality control, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork to maintain product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience in quality control, manufacturing, inspection, or similar field.
• Ability to read and interpret sales orders, product specifications, and work instructions.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection or related environment; knowledge of product configurations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assure final assembly, configuration, and inspection meet customer and regulatory specs.
• Serve as subject matter expert in final wheelchair configuration, quality inspection, testing, and compliance.
• Review sales orders and product specifications to verify configurations reflect customer requirements.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections and functional testing of mechanical/electronic systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document quality concerns and corrective actions with accurate records.
• Collaborate with Supervisor/Lead to resolve quality issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Analyze quality trends and inspection data to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
